Where are my items coming from?

Our warehouse is located in Chicago, IL (USA). 

What is your return or refund policy?

Due to limited quantities, all sales are final.

Our Suggestion: Before you finalize your order, make sure you double check sizes, quantities, and colors before submitting.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email and tracking number as soon as its shipped. Feel free to turn on notifications so you can track your order every step of the way. 

What if my order was shipped, tracked but never received?

We recommend that you double check your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure that its heading to the right place. Always deliver to a safe and secure address. Although insurance is not a requirement, we always recommend that you get it for those unforeseen delivery hiccups. Should you not receive your package, it is your responsibility to file a claim with your local parcel for investigation. Things happen! Just make sure you take all the proper steps to get your goodies home safely. 

How do I make sure I order the right size?

Check out our sizing chart on the home page and compare your measurements to what we have listed. If you still don't feel confident about that, feel free to check out the 'Meet the Models' tab for photos, virtual fittings & model profiles. You may run across a model with a similar body-type that can help you feel more secure in your size selection. How do I wash & care for my new items?

Always follow the garments care label for exact instructions or have them professionally dry cleaned for the best results. You can also visit the support section for Ann and Amelias crash course on product care.
